TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROCESSING TIME
Most of our products are ”MADE TO ORDER”. Processing time of our items can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks + shipping depending on the season.
Possible delays can occur during fall-winter months and especially in the weeks before Christmas, so please submit your orders in a timely fashion.
CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We don’t accept returns. Please contact us when in doubt with your order (eg. how to select appropriate size, model, color etc) before you finish placing your order and buying the product.
We are more than happy helping you find the appropriate item for your pet’s needs and by that avoiding any inconvenience and possible dissatisfaction on either side.
If you are still not satisfied with your item please contact us within the 5 days of delivery. Together we will find the best possible solution.
Items whose size, design, color etc. do not meet your expectations may be replaced upon prior agreement.
Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging and in an unaltered state. The material must be unwashed, unworn or unaltered.
Items which will be found to have been worn and/or washed will not be replaced nor refunded.
If the buyer wishes to replace the item they have bought, the following costs apply:
– return shipping,
– possible price difference,
– new postage costs.
Any price difference in favour of the buyer is deducted from the new postage costs.
It is, however, not possible to replace or refund custom made and personalized items that were made based on specific measurements and wishes, sent by the buyer (the custom orders).
If the item is found faulty all the costs are, of course, covered by majStyle.
All of our items go through our quality control system before shipping, therefore, we are very proud to guarantee a 100% quality of our products.
Refunds and contract cancellations are possible only in exceptional circumstances where each case is addressed individually.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit cards or Bank transfer (slovenian customers only).
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may occur.
If you are from EU-country you will not be charged any custom charges or additional fees because the item is shipped from EU.
SHIPPING
We ship by priority mail with a tracking worldwide. Buyers can expedite the delivery by selecting a ”DHL Express” shipping option in the shopping cart.
Items are sent in a bubble padded envelope, mailing bag or in a box.
Shipping costs depend on your order. They will be calculated and added into your shopping cart while ordering.

majStyle does not take any responsibility for a delayed shipping time, as this is out of our control and down to the courier providing their service.

We accept custom orders from March to September. For custom orders please contact us.
All items are hand-made and thus unique, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Colors of the actual items can vary slightly from the colors on the images. You will always get the item that is on the photo, so no surprises there.
We have tried to state actual sizes of the items, but please allow minimal differences since the items are hand-made. Thank you for understanding!
Last but not least: we work in a smoke-free environment.
